What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands).
Free shipping on orders over €150.00. Orders under €150.00 have an associated cost:
Standard home delivery package: €6.50 (Estimated delivery 2-5 days).
Express package home delivery €10.00 (Estimated delivery 1-4 days).
Portugal:
Free shipping on orders over €150.00. Orders under €150.00 have an associated cost of €10.00.
Delivery: Between 24-72 hours.
Europe:
Free shipping for orders over €150.00. Orders under €150.00 cost €15.00.
Delivery: between 4-10 days.
Size exchanges. What happens if the clothes don't fit me?
Size changes are free for customers in the Peninsula and Portugal. They can be requested within 2-3 days of receiving the order.
Which company will deliver my order?
Spain and Portugal will be delivered with CORREOS. The rest of Europe may vary in shipping provider.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, we will send you an email (check your spam folder) confirming the order and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it can take 1 day taking into account the time difference and weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order with the link to "View lost" and "track", which will direct you to the link of the carrier associated with your order.
Can I return my order? What is the return policy?
Returns: Steps to follow if you want to return your order:
* There is also the option of exchanging the products to be returned for others from the catalogue of the same value.
*The product must have all labels and original packaging. If they are not in perfect condition, the import fee will be compensated in the refund.
1- Write us an email within a maximum of 15 days from placing your order to Punico@punicoibiza.com explaining the reason and the associated order number.
2- We will send you a code via the email address you have provided, with which we will process your incident.
We will provide the customer with a label that must be returned to the Post Office together with the order. The cost of shipping from the Post Office to our warehouse will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
3- If the product is in good condition, we will refund your money or exchange it for another product depending on the type of return.
